How long will it take for my items to be ready to ship?

Most items will ship within 3-5  business days from your order date, unless specified RTS (ready to ship) You will receive a confirmation email when your item has shipped. Please keep in mind, since we have a wide selection of items, each product varies. Our processing time is subject to change if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

I forgot to add an item, are you able to combine them so that they ship together?

Absolutely! Be sure to email us promptly after you place your additional order so that we can combine them prior to shipping. A shipping refund will be applied.

Why doesn’t the item I bought look exactly as listed online?

Screen calibration on your device may affect the appearance of the colour. Also, pattern placement on our printed fabrics may vary slightly! Each handmade item is unique and may vary slightly from the one in the photograph.

I had a discount code and/or gift card that I forgot to use on my order, are you able to apply it retroactively?

Definitely! So long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are able to retroactively apply your discount/gift code and issue you a refund.

My tutu is wrinkly and has static, how do I fix this?

 We suggest lightly steaming your tutu. Steam from a shower is very effective in removing wrinkles. Comb, shake and fluff. Try turning your tutu inside out and repeating. For static, we would recommend adding water, with a bit of fabric softener. Spray your tutu lightly, and lay to dry.

We got some cake on our tutu, how do I clean it? 

Spot cleaning is always recommended. A gentle hand wash is best. Do NOT machine wash.
